Returns & Refunds

1. Eligibility

Request free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Eligible Canadian returns receive a prepaid label.

2. Return process

Email vanawayconversion@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and relevant photos. Wait for approval and return instructions. Dispatch securely packaged items within 14 days after instructions arrive.

3. Exchanges

Contact us to arrange an exchange. Replacements follow inspection of the original item; eligibility conditions also apply.

4. Problems with an order

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items with photos. Confirmed issues qualify for replacement or refund, with related shipping covered.

5. Delays

Contact us about significant shipping delays; we will investigate available options.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation is possible before dispatch. Afterwards, request a return. Refused deliveries and address errors may incur carrier or reshipping charges.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds follow inspection and return to the original payment method, generally within 5–7 business days. Paid outbound shipping is normally excluded, except for confirmed product or fulfillment problems.

8. Conditions

Unauthorized returns may be declined. Ineligible items may be refused or incur up to 20% restocking. Purchases from other sellers are excluded.
